Factory Introduction
1: CapacityOne month with 6 containers pipe
One month with 3 million fittings and valves. Like 100 tons
Usually deliver time: 2 weeks for one container pipes . 40 days for one container fittings
Equipment
1:3 pex-al-pex pipe lines, work 24 hours without any stop
2: 50 AUTO DOUBLE-CNC machine, one person can manage 10 machines. And 30 rest CNC machines.
Inspection:
Pipe: each one hour cut the pipe to check with the surface, thickness and OD. Engineer will check every 2 hours for the surface and OD.
Fittings: Each one hour the QC will check the fitting on Machine. After fitting finish, the QC will do the checking of the fitting by random, if everything is OK, we do the 5% of them. If some one with problem, QC will do the checking for all the goods.
